Dan Dalton began practicing Massachusetts divorce law in 1983. Since then, he has helped hundreds of people get through divorce and get on with their lives. The author of articles on Massachusetts family and divorce law, he has taught at the college level.

As an Assistant Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, he practiced juvenile, child abuse, and adoption law.

Attorney Dalton has training in Massachusetts divorce mediation and collaborative law. He regularly participates in continuing education to stay abreast of changes in Massachusetts    divorce law. He has served as a court-appointed investigator in divorce, custody, and probate cases, and has been a panelist speaker at the Massachusetts Bar Association's annual conference.

He and his wife, Elaine, are the parents of two wonderful young men and the grandparents          of a perfect baby girl.

The office is on Route 38 in Tewksbury, a mile and a half off Route 495.                                     Hours are weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., later by appointment.
